Real estate coaching programs run from 99 dollars a month for group training to 3,500 dollars a month for elite coaching, among the prices published in November 2026. Several programs publish no price. At a 2.5 percent commission and a 70 percent split, 549 dollars a month takes about one extra closing a year to pay back.

Key takeaways
- Five of the nine coaching companies we checked publish at least one price on their own page. The other four show no program price.
- On a 417,500 dollar median sale, a 2.5 percent side and a 70 percent split, you keep about $6,911 per closing after an assumed $395 in fees.
- The typical Realtor closed 9 transaction sides in 2025. One extra closing is about 11 percent more business.
- The FTC says no license is required to become a business coach, so check credentials and the contract yourself.

How much do real estate coaching programs cost?
Published prices for real estate coaching programs ranged from 99 dollars a month to 3,500 dollars a month in November 2026, with one advisory product at 15,000 dollars every six months. Group training sits at the low end. Private calls cost more. A missing price usually means a sales call comes first.
Roundups quote prices for programs that do not show them, and those figures disagree. The Close's list of real estate coaches is a useful map of who exists, but its numbers differed from what some live pages showed today. Katie Lance is one example. We only list what the program's own page says, and we say so when it says nothing.
Read the footnotes too. Buffini's price adds shipping and tax, and any add-ons bill in the first month. Tom Ferry's PIVOT page shows two monthly figures, so ask which one you get. The cost of a program is also more than its fee when it comes with a required event, a hotel and a flight.
What a live coaching call costs
Divide the monthly fee by the calls included and you get a number sales pages rarely show. It is our arithmetic, using only stated call counts.
| Program | Monthly fee | Calls a month | Cost per call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Buffini One2One | $549 | 2 | $274.50 |
| Tim and Julie Harris Premier 1:1 | $1,297 | 4 | $324.25 |
Both programs include other materials, so this is not the whole value. It is a good number to have in your head when someone tells you what is included.
How many closings does a coach have to pay for?
A coach pays for itself when your extra closings net more than the total fee. Divide the cost by what you keep per closing and round up. At 549 dollars a month for 12 months, the cost is 6,588 dollars. With about 6,911 dollars kept per closing, that is one extra closing.
The hard part is "extra". A closing you would have had anyway pays for nothing. We did not find an independent study in our research that measures how many extra closings coaching produces, so this page makes no claim about results. Testimonials on a sales page are not that study. The FTC warns that glowing success stories can be fake or misleading.
New agents should run this carefully. NAR reports a median gross income of 8,000 dollars for Realtors with two years or less in the business. A 6,588 dollar year of coaching is 82 percent of that. Consider the cash you have before the closings you hope for. Your own advisor can help with that decision.
How we would compare real estate coaches
Compare real estate coaches on what you can verify: the total cost, who actually coaches you, how often, how you cancel, and whether the method fits how you work. These are our criteria. We used them to decide what to put in the table, and we have not rated any coach against them, because we have not bought these programs.
- Total cost in writing. Fee, activation, events and required products.
- Your actual coach. The name on the program is often not the person on your call. Ask who it is and how many agents they coach.
- Exit terms. Get the cancellation and refund terms before you pay, in writing.
- Method fit. A program built on daily cold calls will not suit an agent who will never make them.
- Claims with a source. Ask for the source of any income figure. The FTC calls a "proven system to make money" a likely scam signal.
Coach, course or community: which do Realtors need?
Coaching for Realtors comes in three shapes. A course teaches, a community keeps you company, and a coach holds you to a plan. Most programs on this list mix them. Choose by the problem you have: not knowing what to do, feeling alone, or knowing and not doing it.
If you know what to do and do not do it, one call every two weeks might fix that. If you do not know what to do, write the plan first. The free real estate business plan builder turns an income goal into weekly conversations, which gives any coach something real to hold you to. If you can't decide between lead sources, the lead generation budget planner prices them before you spend.
How to find a real estate mentor
To find a real estate mentor, start with your own brokerage, then the top producer in your office, then your local association. Ask what it costs, because a mentor may take a share of your early deals. A mentor answers your actual questions on your actual transactions, which a group training call rarely does.
Ask the broker directly: is there a mentor program, who runs it, and what share does it take? Then put that share into the split field above and see what a closing leaves you. Offer something back when you ask a busy agent for time, such as holding open houses or covering floor calls. For general business questions, the FTC points to counseling from the Small Business Administration and its SCORE program.
What coaching does to your phone
Most of these programs push the same habit: more conversations, on a schedule. It is Tuesday at 10:40. You are on your third block of the week, which your coach will ask about on Thursday. A neighbor you called yesterday rings back, and your phone is busy with the next dial. That callback goes to voicemail, and you are paying 549 dollars a month to have created it.
That is the job callflo.ai does for agents. It answers the calls that come to your line 24/7, asks your questions, and sends you a summary and the lead. The AI receptionist for agents page shows how. Starter is 39 dollars a month on annual billing or 49 dollars month to month, with 120 minutes included and 0.98 dollars a minute after that. On VIP it also books on your calendar.
It will not coach you, and it will not make your calls on Starter. If you close a few deals a year from people you already know and your phone rarely rings, you do not need it yet. The cold calling scripts will do more for you first.
Hear what answers while you are on your next dial
Call callflo.ai's own AI agent and ask it anything about your business. When you are ready, pick a plan: no setup fee, no contract, and you do not pay unless you are satisfied.
Starter is $39 a month on annual billing. Live on your line about 5 minutes after you sign up.
