These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the callflo.ai platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by callflo.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
callflo.ai is an AI-powered voice call agent platform designed for businesses. The Service enables businesses to automate inbound and outbound phone calls using artificial intelligence, including voice synthesis, natural language processing, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and follow-up automation.
The Service integrates with third-party providers for telephony, voice synthesis, language models, payment processing, and CRM functionality.
3. AI Voice Disclosure
Calls handled through the callflo.ai platform are conducted by an artificial intelligence agent, not a human. While the AI is designed to provide natural, helpful conversations, callers may be informed that they are speaking with an AI assistant. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI responses are generated algorithmically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs relevant to your business operations.
- callflo.ai does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI-handled calls.
4. Call Recording & Transcription Consent
Calls processed through the Service may be recorded and transcribed for quality assurance, service improvement, analytics, and to provide you with call summaries and insights. By using the Service, you agree to the recording and transcription of calls made through your account.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining necessary consents from callers where required by law (e.g., two-party consent states).
5. SMS & Text Messaging Terms
callflo.ai provides transactional SMS messaging as part of the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding text messaging:
- Program name: callflo.ai AI Business Assistant
- Program description: When a caller contacts a business powered by callflo.ai, our AI voice agent may send follow-up text messages containing information discussed during the call, such as appointment confirmations, booking links, payment links, or requested business information. These messages are strictly transactional and related to the caller's inquiry.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Callers will typically receive 1–3 text messages per call interaction. Messages are only sent in direct response to a phone call the caller initiates with the business.
- Message and data rates may apply. Carriers may charge standard messaging and data fees. callflo.ai is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from callflo.ai. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and will not receive further texts.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@callflo.ai.
- Privacy: Your phone number and message data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers or message content to third parties for marketing purposes.
As a business owner using the Service, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the SMS messaging feature complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-specific messaging laws.
6. Free Trial Terms
callflo.ai may offer a free trial period of up to 30 days for new accounts. During the trial:
- You will have access to the core features of the Service with limited usage allowances.
- No payment information is required to start the trial.
- At the end of the trial period, your account will be limited until you subscribe to a paid plan.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.
7. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice prior to your next billing cycle.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Make calls that violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and telemarketing laws.
- Engage in harassment, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
9. Data Storage & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We store call data, transcripts, business configuration, and account information on secure cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is the exclusive property of callflo.ai and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or configurations you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
- In no event shall callflo.ai be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse of the platform, or legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by providing notice through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
