Information We Collect
Depending on how you use CallFlo, we may process the following categories of data:
- Google Account identifiers: A unique account ID and basic profile information returned by Google OAuth to authenticate you.
- Google Calendar data: Calendar list, event metadata (e.g., title, description, location, start/end time, recurrence, reminders), attendee information, and other fields necessary to read, create, update, or delete events you choose to manage via CallFlo.
- Usage and device information: Log data (e.g., timestamps, feature usage, basic device/browser info) for reliability, debugging, and security.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide core features: Read your calendars and events to display schedules, detect conflicts, and power reminders; write events you create or modify in CallFlo back to your Google Calendar.
- Sync and reliability: With your permission, use offline access (refresh tokens) to keep your calendar in sync when you are not actively using the app.
- Improve and secure CallFlo: Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and protect against abuse and fraud.
- Legal compliance: Satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, or security obligations.
Google Permissions & Scopes We Request
CallFlo may request one or more of the following OAuth scopes to function:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — Read and write access to your calendars and events.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — Manage events on calendars you can access.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly and/or …/calendar.events.readonly — Read-only access where appropriate.
- Offline access — Allows CallFlo to refresh tokens to maintain sync while you’re away.
You can review the scopes requested during sign-in on the Google OAuth consent screen before granting access.

- Share Google data only as necessary to provide CallFlo’s functionality, comply with law, or protect safety, and only with bound service providers acting on our behalf.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers that host, store, process, or secure data for us, under contracts requiring confidentiality and data protection.
- Legal/disclosure when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and our services.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide CallFlo or as required by law. If you delete your account or remove a calendar connection, associated Google Calendar tokens and stored calendar data tied to your account are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
